Lead your life
My name is Cedric Le Perff, and I'm excited to introduce you to Walk the Talk, my coaching method designed specifically for leaders. This transformative approach empowers individuals and organizations to achieve greater fulfillment at work, improved well-being, and ultimately, enhanced performance.
I am currently not taking any client but let’s stay in touch and walk together.
WHY ?
It's time to democratize coaching and make personal development accessible to all. Walk The Talk passionately advocates for this cause, recognizing that everyone deserves the opportunity to grow and thrive. The website emphasizes the importance of leveling the playing field by providing resources, knowledge, and support to individuals from all walks of life.
By democratizing coaching, Walk The Talk aims to break down barriers and empower individuals who may not have had access to traditional coaching services. The tone of voice on the platform is inclusive and uplifting, encouraging individuals to believe in their potential and take actionable steps towards personal growth.
The materials found on Walk The Talk reflect this mission, offering practical strategies, inspiring stories, and expert advice that can be applied by anyone, regardless of their background or circumstances. By making coaching accessible to all, Walk The Talk is fostering a society where personal development is a right, not a privilege.
what we can solve together.
While the process remains consistant (identification of strengths, value, definition of personal vision and mission, etc..) we will leverage different tools following the different stage of your journey and the challenges ahead.

In this first hour together, we will get to know each other, start defining your coaching objective and I will share more information about my method. The aim is for both of us to assess the chemistry of our relationship and therefore to decide to proceed (or not).
